The blended learning training process consists of

• e-Learning platform WEB:
  The participants of the evaluation group received their personal account on the platform, located at http://training.gp-ocs.com. During the evaluation process they get access to the 10 e-Learning training modules.
• e-Learning modules:
  10 e-Learning modules were built, each consists of
  
  • presentational parts (training steps)
  • download area for worksheets
  • Quizzes and Tests between the training steps
  • Final Test
• Worksheets:
  The e-Learning modules provides access to download the built worksheets, in order of the training process. The worksheets should be handled in preparation of the virtual classroom meetings.
• Tests & Quizzes:
  Inside the e-Learning modules the participants were able to evaluate their own training progress with the help of different tests and quizzes. Each training-module provides a final test to see, if the given learning step was understood.
• Virtual Classroom meetings:
  The e-Learning process were supported by virtual classroom meetings. All participants get access to every classroom, so they were able to join more session for each training module. The virtual classroom meetings were prepared especially for the actual training content and mainly based on the content of the worksheets. Inside the virtual classroom training the participants were prompted to speak in German language, to deepen their language speaking competence.
• Attendance Training:
  Inside the 10 days attendance training the participants were able to deepen and strengthen their language knowledge level and to prepare theirself for the final exam.
