3. Project Plan & Schedule

The project plan determines itself from the given time plan and from the implementation of the following duties:

Administrative duties:

▶ Development of a common flow chart
▶ Development and implementation of a common working platform
▶ Development of a common schedule of the realisation
▶ Development of a requirement catalogue for the test group
▶ Development of an evaluation sheet for the test group

Content duties:

▶ Development curriculum for web based learning modules
▶ Development curriculum for virtual classrooms
▶ Development curriculum for the attendance training

Duties for the project realisation

Based on the curricula and the organisational duties, the following elements should be implemented:

▶ Development and implementation of the web based learning modules
▶ Definition of the test group
▶ Definition of the realisation schedule for the test group
▶ Division and training of the trainers for the virtual classrooms
▶ Division and training of the trainers for the attendance training
▶ Organisation of the attendance training
▶ Organisation of the examination board
▶ Certification


3.1 Key Aspects

For a successful fulfilment of the project aims it is essential to give special attention to the following key aspects:

▶ Strong teamwork
▶ Short response times in communication
▶ Quality of all curricula
▶ A promptly implementation of the (technical) web components
▶ Continuous and accompanying evaluation
▶ Instruction of trainers and test group
▶ To keep to the schedule
