2. Duties & Objectives

The global aim of the project is a strengthening of the conscious mutual learning by educational experts in the professional education and to produce a narrow relation between vocational training and working life.

One of the major aspects of the project is the linguistic education of Turkish people which are oriented in apprenticeship to give them one higher qualification for the job market and a better access to German educational institutions.

In the project cooperation an intensive exchange should take place between the project partners. Experience at the levels of the project cooperation should be deepened together and allow a mutual insight into the departments of the partners.

The project partners fulfil together the project duties to the conversion of the linguistic training.  A sub-goal of the project cooperation is also to lead a test group of 20 participants by the linguistic training and to evaluate the learning experiences from it.

2.1 Learning structure

The central project topic is to build up a linguistic training under the use of web based teaching and training materials.

The following chart on the next page shows the whole learning structure from the sight of the participants.

2.2 German language training curriculum

The training curriculum forms the base of the German linguistic training according to the EU-linguistic level A1. The training contents should be modular built up by using many examples and should be practise-experienced.

The whole training is split into 3 curriculum parts:

  • language training curriculum for web based learning modules
  • language training curriculum for virtual classroom training
  • language training curriculum for attendance training

Each part should be supported by a special prepared training curriculum part and a special developed leaders guide for the teachers and the learning escort.

Practice modules, homework modules and tests / examinations are added to the different training areas and will strengthen the learning experience.

For preparing the German language training curriculum for all parts, INKA is a dedicated partner to fulfil the claims.

2.3 Attendance training & training evaluation

A special attention is to be directed on the attendance training. It is essential to deepen and to expand the built up knowledge of the students for a perfect preparation for the final exam.

The attendance training should take place in the environment of a professional educational institution. Teacher / trainer, classrooms and training equipment are required therefore.

With the OKAN University is found a perfect partner organisation for these matters. Also OKAN takes over the duties to the evaluation and improvement of the quality of the learning offer.

2.4 Technical Parts & Administrative Matters

The whole project is strongly supported by the use of technical tools. Therefore it is necessary to implement a web based project platform for the common exchange and for managing the project organisation.

A major part is to build up an e-learning platform for the linguistic training and to develop the e-learning modules based on the built training curriculum.

All technical parts will be developed, supported and hosted through the project coordinator GPOCS, who also takes over all administrative duties for the project.
