The project duties are organised between the partner organisations according to their core competencies:

• OKAN University:
  Partner for presence parts of the linguistic training in Turkey; supply of the infrastructure, evaluation test group; preparation and supply of the linguistic trainers;

• INKA:
  Certification authority for A1 linguistic level in Austria, German linguistic trainer, integration field place, administrative and organizational project place, project co-ordinator in Austria, contact place to offices, authorities, social places and public facilities; internal project mediation tasks;

• GPOCS:
  Project coordination, production e-learning environment, learning management system, implementation on-line-linguistic training; technical partner for evaluation / quality assurance; IT management, construction and servicing, monitoring and technical services for server systems of Online-Learning and virtual conference services;

• Duties for all partners:

• connecting to offices, authorities, social places and public facilities (national level);
• establishing the contacts to work pedagogic institutions as for example of the national industrial chamber;
• advertising draught, PR measures and documents, local event organisation;
