Project Meeting at the OKAN University in Turkey

The following topics were parts of the meeting agenda:

AGENDA:

  • 1.) Train the trainer for virtual classroom training
  • 2.) Prepare and finalising the time plan for the evaluation group
  • 3.) Advance Information & Start meeting with evaluation group

SUMMARY:

The project partners meet together at the OKAN university and spent 2 days in Train the trainer - training for the virtual classroom training. Beside the first two days the evaluation process has been prepared and discussed. Finally an advance information meeting for the participants of the evaluation group was organised and held.

RESULTS:

All participants (trainer and staff) were trained for the virtual classroom training by GPOCS and received a certificate. The evaluation process of the German language training curriculum was finally prepared and the agenda for the evaluation was built.
On friday, 1st of October, an advance information meeting was held to inform the participants of the evaluation group about the project details, the agenda and the project "how-to".
