SUMMARY:

The project partners meet together at the OKAN University in Istanbul to work through the agenda.
Main discussion points: project status quo with time plan, preparation for the evaluation group

RESULTS:

• 1.) All project partners know about the project status quo.
• 2.) The project partners agree to the following steps and milestones:
  
  • Preparation of the learning modules and booklets of the german linguistic training
    for trainers and participants until September 2010 by INKA and GPOCS
  • Preparation of the evaluation group for the german linguistic training
    until September 2010 by OKAN University
• 3.) Next meeting at GPOCS in Liechtenstein: June 2010
  
  • Preparation evaluation form for the evaluation group
  • Preparation analysis for the evaluation group
• 4.) Next meeting at OKAN University in Istanbul, Turkey: September/October 2010
  
  • Train the Trainer for virtual classroom training
  • Start with evaluation group
• 5.) Details of the Evaluation group:
  
  • Participants should be students and staff of the OKAN University
  • Max. 40 participants for start
  • Selection process for finding participants of the evaluation group
  • Announcement at OKAN-Campus and online promotion at OKAN + e-emec website
  • E-emec german linguistic training will be part of the german language course for evaluation phase
  • Evaluation group starts in the beginning of October 2010 and ends in January/February 2010
  • Presentational training will take place in January/February 2010
  • Participants receive a certificate after participation from OKAN University / e-emec-group
  • Train the trainers receive certificate from OKAN University / e-emec-group
  • Participants will be prepared in February 2010 for joining linguistic exam (level A1)
